Our Story

Saenz Global is an American company with our headquarters located in West Palm Beach, Florida. It was founded by Thais Saenz in 2020. Our focus is on developing roofing administration services specifically designed for roofing contractors all across the United States. We offer a wide range of services to support contractors throughout their business operations.

Our pre-sales services involve assisting with leads, measurements, estimates, and contracts. In the post-sales phase, we provide support with supplementing, invoicing, closing documents, and quality control. Additionally, we handle documentation, follow-up with insurance companies, material ordering, and installation scheduling.

At Saenz Global, our mission is to deliver exceptional results by utilizing an elite team of roofing admin specialists. Our specialists seamlessly integrate into roofing teams, helping them succeed by revolutionizing the way roofing contractors conduct their business.

As of the end of Q1 2023, our team consisted of 54 members, many of whom hold official certifications from JobNimbus, one of the industry’s leading CRM platforms. We have established partnerships with Roofr, 2X, Roofer Squared, Blue Pages Pro, and World’s Greatest Roofer to further enhance our services and reach in the industry.
